10 Reasons Why People Do Not Go To The Gym As the saying goes, Strength within, Pride throughout! Abeit, all of you know that health is wealth, but are you a fit person? If not, do you desire to be one? A person with a good health and physique is the one who is able to stand out in front of a million people and shine confident. He gets a boost when he or she knows that no matter whatever he or she is lacking behind in; his looks can hide them all! Going to the gym turns out to be worthy! But, you find it useless to go the gym? Quite tedious, right? Alas! Here are ten reasons why people do not go the gym: 1. An overcrowded place Well, not surprisingly, overcrowded shopping malls and cinemas are a great fun! Isn’t it? But going to the gym, where there are hardly twenty people who are engaged in workouts is a difficult task. You’ll die out of suffocation! The majority of the people, do not find it useful to wait for their turn to use some specific machine and thus prefer not going to one. 2. I can’t get up early. Oh yeah? Many people find it intolerable when the alarm snoozes at 5a.m. over their head. This is the reason why they do not prefer going to the gym. 3. A bad weather indeed Sleet, snow, rain, this and that! The weather has a major influence on the decision of going to the gym or not. But guess what? The gym is climate controlled. Thus, a lame excuse! 4. I’m done with it this week A huge lot of people think that working out on one single day of the week, will help them become a fit and healthy person. But it isn’t so. This will not help them in any way. So stop being sluggish and get up fellas. 5. A lot more of interesting things to do Just an hour! And they cannot spend it. Many of them are the ones who think that why not plan something interesting rather the going to the gym. Come on! Just 1/24th of a day! 6. No more workout needed These are the self-obsessed ones. Full of themselves, they think they are fit enough by going just once or twice and hence no more requirements! Someone please tell them the reality. The ugly truth, if I might say! 7. It hardly makes any difference Many people reason out that visiting the gym does not make any difference to their body weight or fitness. Come home and eat an entire pizza and burger? Do not expect any result. 8. Tired from the last workout Often lifting machines continuously, will leave you in pain for some time, especially when a fresh start is made. People give up the idea of going to the gym all because of the initial pain. I’d suggest you to have some patience. You’ll surely get through it, once it becomes habit. 9. Cannot afford the cost A gym membership is not free of cost. Quite expensive, they say. Another reason why people do not gym up! 10. Lack of interest Though the body requires some sort of exercise and gym, but yet many people do not do it. They find it less interesting to go the gym and work out. A monotonous act! Fitness is a prerequisite for success. One cannot manage to stand in a group of people if he or she is not presentable. And as is rightly said, ‘No Pain! No Gain! Therefore, the physical pain from lifting the machines and tools is worth it. Do give it a try before giving up! It really will be fun, womansaga
