After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Chennai, she moved to the United States and completed her Master’s in Electrical Engineering in 2011. Over the years, she has built an impressive career, working with leading multinational companies such as Walmart, Boeing, and Charles Schwab. Currently, she serves as a Technology Product Leader at Gap Inc., which owns global brands like Gap, Banana Republic, Athleta, and Old Navy. Lalitha’s leadership spans diverse teams across North America, Europe, India, and Pakistan, underscoring her global perspective and professional expertise.
In her personal life, Lalitha married her husband, Sandeep, in 2017, and they are proud parents to two sons—five-year-old Rohan and two-year-old Siddharth. The family resides in Denver, Colorado, where Lalitha masterfully balances her responsibilities as a mother, wife, and corporate leader.
